Meet Samashti Luz. She has been working in the field of Breath Therapy, Energy Healing and Transformation for over 30 years. She is trained in a variety of Breath Work modalities such as Holotropic Breathing, Rebirthing, Circular Breathing, Ecstatic Breathing and Shamanic Breathwork as well as Energy Work, Chakra Healing, Guided Meditations, Shamanic Journeys, Trauma Healing, Rebalancing Massage and Shiatsu. Samashti is also a passionate plant medicine guide and musician.

Samashti’s studio is located in beautiful Marin, close to San Francisco, the Bay Area and the Wine Country (Sonoma and Napa County) where she offers a variety of healing modalities and transformational experiences……
