Meet Samashti Luz. She has been working in the field of Breath Therapy, Energy Healing and Transformation for over 30 years. She is trained in a variety of Breath Work modalities such as Holotropic Breathing, Rebirthing, Circular Breathing, Ecstatic Breathing and Shamanic Breathwork as well as Energy Work, Chakra Healing, Guided Meditations, Shamanic Journeys, Trauma Healing, Rebalancing Massage and Shiatsu. Samashti is also a passionate musician.
