Transformation and Healing with Breathwork

We begin our lives with our very first inbreath and depart from this world with one last outbreath. In between those two moments, you continuously breath to stay alive. Breathing is mostly an involuntary physical reflex: you breath weather you are aware of it or not, awake and in your sleep. The simple act of directing your awareness towards your breathing opens a magic door to explore the vastness of your own consciousness and gives us a key to incredible self-healing and transformation.

With the help of our breath, we open and cleanse our energy body and let go of old patterns, old energies we have adopted that do not serve us any longer.

Ecstatic Breathwork/ Shamanic Breathwork

Individual sessions include elements of Holotropic Breathing, Circular Breathing, Rebirthing, Energy work, Chakra Clearing and Shamanic Healing in combination with Guided Meditations, Counseling and Trauma Healing.

Deep breathing techniques will awaken old emotions and energies we have stored in our energy body and have turned into limiting blocks and beliefs. With the help of breath work and energy work, we release those old energies.

Shamanic energy work comes into play when we discover energies in your energy field that can be either felt and or sensed visually. During a breath session, it is not uncommon for clients to have visions of their own energy and blocks that have manifested. We consciously go into exploring those visions and dissolve energies as needed through understanding, acceptance, visualization, communication and the use of our intentions.

Once your energies are cleansed and cleared, we naturally enter a state of joy, pleasure and bliss. You become a vessel for life, a channel. This state is often described as orgasmic in nature. Most of all, breathing allows us to drop from our mind into our body, open our senses and arrive in the power of the moment once more.

Individual breath sessions can take place in person at my studio in Sausalito or via zoom.
