About Samasthi Leela

Samashti is a guide, breath therapist and energy healer with a unique background.

She weaves elements of body-oriented psychotherapy & emotional release, breath work, counseling, trauma healing, energy work, guided meditation, and chakra healing into a unique session for you, addressing your individual needs.

From the age of 21, Samashti searched for ways to find healing on an emotional and spiritual level.  Born in Germany in 1966, her life journey took her to India, Asia, Australia, South America and finally North America. 

She collected a unique set of skills through various training modalities:

• Trained in breath-work (Re-birthing) by Leonard Orr
• Trained in breath and energy work based on the teachings of Wilhelm Reich and Gustav Jung.
• Trained in Holotropic Breathwork
• Trained in Chakra Balancing & Healing
• Trained in Counseling
• Trained in  Sexual De-conditioning
• Trained in Colorpuncture and Rebalancing Bodywork
• Shamanistic Guide since 2014

Samashti has been working with the psychedelic plant healer Ayahuasca since 2003.  She worked closely with Carioca Freitas for many years and developed her passion for music during that time.  Samashti has a large repertoire of ceremonial songs that play a vital role in her Ceremonies.  In 2020 she developed an innovative 21 day Micro Dosing process.

Samashti has worked with people in individual intimate settings and large group gatherings for over 25 years.  

While she draws from a vast pool of skills, her work is highly intuitive.

Samashti’s studio is located in beautiful Sausalito in Marin, close to San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Sonoma and Napa County.
